SCHELL BROTHERS REAL ESTATE CORP., formerly named Skycap Commercial Real Estate Ltd. was founded in 2006 by brothers Mark and Grant Schell. When deciding upon the company name change, we embraced the concept that a name should be a true reflection of oneself. We want our company name to embrace our roots, represent all that we have, and reflect our pride and integrity in all that we do. Simply put, we are the Schell Brothers.

Schell Brothers focuses on the Alberta commercial real estate market, specific to the greater Calgary area.
